Two photocopies for the application form along with two recent photographs (35-45 mm) of the applicant with white background
Covering letter from the applicant, explaining in detail the purpose of the visit. All cover letters must include details of any other accompanying persons as well. This includes family members, friends or business associates travelling for the same purpose
Airline Reservation: Round-trip flight Ticket (A detailed itinerary detailing each location to be visited and duration of stay at each location)
Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, phone numbers and hotel booking code
Personal ITR for last 3 years
Six months’ salary slip
Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly
